Meet Rachel

Rachel found her passion for pediatric therapy as a volunteer at Rady’s Children’s hospital in her teenage years. She attended San Diego State University for her bachelors in Kinesiology, and University of Saint Augustine for her doctorate in Physical Therapy. After finishing school in 2014, she moved to Portland, OR and worked at an outpatient clinic, then became the manager in 2020. As much as she loved life in Oregon, she and her husband decided it was best to move back to San Diego when they started their own family. She then moved back to San Diego, CA to be near friends and family while growing her own family. Rachel is trained in Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME II), Total Motion Release (TMRTots I), reflex integration, and has extensive experience in myofascial release, intensive therapy, prescribing durable medical equipment and lower extremity orthotic devices. She is currently serving the early intervention population (0-3) via the San Diego Regional Center, and accepting private cash-pay clients under age five.
